THe facilities, the staff and the cleanliness were amazing!

The food was underwhelming and although there was a variety of dishes, the taste was often quite bland. The selection of fruit could have been better for the price, as well.

Nicely situated hotel on the beach, with great staff, but a family hotel and

Lovely location over looking the sea, although our room overlooked the car park first. Easy access by taxi to other areas of La Manga. A few shops near by and some bars and cafes, which although value for money did not offer any vegetarian options. The rooms are small and a bit tired, although the bathroom was very nice. The standard of housekeeping was excellent, towels changed every day and beds alternative days. All staff were very pleasant and helpful in all areas of the hotel. Reception staff recommended excellent restaurants and booked for us. Drinks at the hotel bar and in fact in the region are very reasonable mainly because there are very few foreign tourists.

Sadly the dining room was disappointing. It is more of a canteen, assisted self service which meant queuing and indicating to the member of staff what we wanted. It was quite chaotic and so noisy. It would have been nice if they extended the dining areas outside but it was completely enclosed. We only had dinner there on the first night and despite there being a huge choice there wasn’t one vegetarian option, even the tortilla had tuna in it. So we only had breakfast in the dining room during our stay. It is a family hotel, so if you want a quiet break this is not for you as even the terrace is noisy with the youngsters playing.

Wonderful

The location of the hotel is spectacular. Surrounded by the sea. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfy. The staff are very friendly and the reception staff are extremely helpful. We would definitely return.

The staff serve the breakfast at the buffet. I would have liked to be able to choose my own food- only something very minor though.

My favourite hotel of our 23 night trip for the perfect balance of cost and facilities

Very clean, friendly staff, well designed hotel, large balcony with sea view. Drying rack. Excellent breakfast included. Maria , the masseuse, was wonderful.

In places you could tell it hadn’t been upgraded for a while, but they did a good job of maintaining the whole hotel to a great standard.
